BELOW ARE SOME  OF THE RESULTS OBTAINED BY VICTORIA… THE NAMES HAVE BEEN

Here are some of Victoria’s jury trials:


People v. M.O. Sexual Assault/Domestic Violence 7 week jury trial. ACQUITTED. NO REGISTRATION.

People v. J. DELGADILLO 9/22 Burglary. ACQUITTED.

People v. D. Perez Domestic Violence. ACQUITTED.

People v. S. Lopez Hit and run. 1118 motion granted after People rested (judge threw out her

charge after People rested.) CASE DISMISSED AGAINST LOPEZ.

People v. Shabazz Domestic Violence. Jury trial, hung jury. CASE DISMISSED.

People v. C. Williams. Domestic Violence. Acquittal. Jury found “victim” was the aggressor and

actually scratched my client in the face. ACQUITTED.

People v. C. Slaughter. Domestic Violence. Case was based on audio of her and husband having a

heated argument. On the tape my client stated “call the police.” ACQUITTED.

People v. O. Bonilla Domestic Violence. Client ACQUITTED.

People v. T. Pearson Domestic Violence. Possession of firearm. Investigation revealed that cops

planted the gun on client and were prejudiced due to him being gay. They planted the gun. The

DNA did not relate back to the client. ACQUITTED

People v. Costido Battery. Investigation revealed that client actually filed a police report before

the “victim,” and that the other party was the first aggressor. Cops testified against “victim”. ACQUITTED.


Jury trials continued


People v. Porter Domestic Violence, stalking. Took case all the way through trial. ACQUITTED.

People v. Ochoa Possession of drugs. ACQUITTED.

M. Alari 4/26/19 Drug Possession, drug diversion. Dismissal after 1 year, 26 AA’s plus CalTrans.

J. Alvarado 11/18/20 Residential burglary. Jury trial, hung jury.

J. Alvarez 2/19/20 Grand Theft. Diversion 26 shoplifter meetings, restitution to the victim.

Probation violation, kept him out of jail, DIVERSION.

Barrajas 4/17/22 Domestic violence. Took case all the way to the 8 of 10. Dismissal.

F. Bender 12/19/22 DUI, obtained wet reckless

N. Bradberry 7/26/22: Embezzlement. Got jail time reduced significantly via CalTrans. DIVERSION.

L. Brown 7/7/21 Petty theft. Received 1 year diversion. CASE DISMISSED.

C. Brownridge 7/1/21 Vandalism and domestic violence. DV dismissed. CASE DISMISSED.

A. Broxton 7/23/21 Burglary. Jury trial resulting in not guilty (ACQUITTLE.)

A. Butts 4/13/21 Possession. DRUG DIVERSION.

A. Cardozcocampos 5/9/22 Criminal threats. Reduced to misdemeanor via 17(b) DIVERSION.

E. Castillo 3/28/23 Possession for sales (cocaine) Took case through prelim. Got most serious

offense tossed out. No jail time, DIVERSION.

L. Ceballos 12//10/23 Domestic violence. Took case to 9 of 10. CASE DISMISSED.

C. Vernell 1/17/23 Hit and run. Sent to alcohol rehabilitation. Restitution to the victim,

DIVERSION.

Emmanuel Clark 4/23/23 Criminal stalking. Case reduced to a misdemeanor. DIVERSION.

A Daahdoul 12/20/22 Domestic violence. DIVERSION.

J. Daire 12/20/24 Criminal threats. 17b motion. CASE DISMISSED.

D. Brown 11/30/24 Domestic violence. Litigated case through trial. ACQUITTAL!

J. Delatore 7/8/23 Domestic violence, CASE DISMISSED.

J. Delgadillo 3/13/24 DUI. Client blew a 2. Plea bargain resulting in DIVERSION.

E. Diaz 8/10/23 DUI. Client blew .18. Alcohol program in exchange for a reduced charge.

A. Dzul 12/30/23 Domestic violence. Video showed “victim” was the aggressor. CASE DISMISSED.

R. Fernandez 3/5/20 DUI with accident. Restitution to the victim and no prison time.

J. Guardado 8/24/23 Felony domestic violence. Got client a misdemeanor in lieu of felony. Client

can earn a dismissal if he follows through with Anger Management. CASE DISMISSED.

J. Gurrola 6/5/23 Domestic Violence. CASE DISMISSED ON DAY OF TRIAL.

S. Gutierrez 7/22/24 Domestic Violence. Litigated the protective order because she wanted to

stay with her partner. ACQUITTED.

D. Haddock 8/3/24 DUI ”no file”

K. Haywood 10/18/24 Domestic Violence. ACQUITTED.

J. Helton 6/25/23 Felony Domestic Violence. People pushed case all the way to trial. Alleged

victim refused to testify against him. CASE DISMISSED.

J. Herrera 9/4/24 Battery on a peace officer. Negotiated with prosecutor. Reduced to simple

battery. CASE DISMISSED.
